Our HSE policy
HHA Associates Sdn Bhd is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors, and to protecting the environment in which we operate.
Every HHA project is delivered under an HSE plan agreed with the operator and audited weekly. Senior management reviews safety performance monthly.
Three commitments
- Zero-harm culture. No injury, no environmental incident, no near-miss left unreported. Every team member has stop-work authority — from yard hand to project director.
- Toolbox talks every shift. Daily pre-job briefings cover the day’s scope, hazards, and controls before any work starts.
- Operator-aligned permits. We work to the host operator’s permit-to-work system on every site, with our own HSE leads embedded.

Recent safety performance
HHA maintains a strong safety record across all 5 yard and offshore sites. Specific metrics are published quarterly in our HSE statistics report; the headline figure is shown on the home page and updated when each quarter closes.

If you are an HHA employee, contractor, or visitor and wish to report a safety concern or near-miss, please contact our HSE department at info@hhasb.com. All reports are reviewed and acknowledged within one business day.
