  • The personnel shall possess a recognized degree in Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working experience in oil and gas.
  • The personnel shall have served for at least three (3) years in a similar capacity or position.
  • The personnel shall be able to plan, organize, coordinate and delegate works and must possess sufficient design and construction engineering knowledge that enable him/her to lead a group of engineers in performing minor design engineering works and preparation of planning packages.

The personnel also must be highly skilled in troubleshooting start-up issues and be conversant on COMPANY guidelines and standards related to commissioning.

  • The personnel shall possess a recognized degree / diploma in Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working experience in oil and gas.

  • The personnel shall possess knowledge of quality assurance and quality control aspects of work execution, shall be able to develop the Quality Plan and ensure its implementation, and must be conversant with all codes and standards pertaining to quality control in oil and gas construction work. He/she shall be
    capable of performing site inspections, recording and driving closure of punchlist items.
  • The personnel shall possess a recognized degree with minimum five (5) years of working experience in oil and gas.
  • The personnel shall have minimum two (2) years’ experience as CMS administrator.
  • The personnel shall be familiar with the CMS and shall be capable of customizing the system to suit COMPANY requirement. The CMS Administrator shall generate reports to COMPANY’s satisfaction for any individual Work Order or across Work Orders. The personnel shall ensure mechanical completion data, documentation, systemization, procedures and handover are in accordance with agreed project requirements, and in compliance with COMPANY’s instructions, guidelines, and standards. The personnel shall train others to use the system and to input data, such as COMPANY personnel, CONTRACTOR’s planners/schedulers and interface engineers.
  • The personnel shall possess a recognized degree / diploma in Engineering and have at least six (6) years of working experience in oil and gas.
  • The personnel shall have served for at least three (3) years in a similar capacity or position.
  • The personnel shall be able to develop the overall planning of work activities and perform scheduling of activities (into logical network) from the jobcards developed by the workpack team and must be conversant with use of application software for scheduling e.g. Microsoft Projects, Artemis etc. The personnel shall be able to track actual progress of work at sites and advise
    necessary changes in planning if necessary. The personnel shall be responsible for CMS updating at the project level.
  • The personnel shall possess a recognized degree / diploma in HSE or Engineering and have at least eight (8) years of working experience in oil and gas.
  • The personnel shall have served for at least three (3) years in a similar capacity or position.
  • The personnel shall be well versed in government regulations and oil and gas industry practices pertaining to health, safety and environment aspects of work execution. He/she must be able to lead the preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), manage and execute HSE campaigns and plans, and perform site verification and walkabouts during HUC execution.
  • The personnel shall have at least six (6) years of working experience in supervision of safety aspects in oil & gas. 
  • The personnel shall have served for at least three (3) years in this position. 
  • The personnel must possess knowledge of requirements pertaining to safety stipulated by government or other authorities and must be able to implement safety related programs onsite, perform site walkabouts, and advise the construction crew on best safety practices. The personnel shall also be an Authorized Gas Tester. Knowledge in incident investigation and reporting is mandatory.
